In The Fabrics of Music, Simon Nabatov explores, across seven pieces, the tension between musical order and improvisation, repetition and change. New structures emerge from familiar sounds, whilst musical forms dissolve and come together again. Between individual choices and collective interplay, a music unfolds that remains in constant motion and continually opens up new sonic spaces.
