Written during the lockdown periods of 2020, Visiting Blue<\/em>‘s creation was accompanied by the emptied skies and dampened roads of travel bans. Composed for Peter Veale and Axel Porath, this duo imagines two vibrating systems, connecting in the air, that are given space to coalesce, then separate. This piece was composed with funding from Creative New Zealand.<\/p>\n
