SAFRAN<\/h3>\n

SAFRAN is a piece that smells or attempts to recall scents. Unlike any other spice, saffron has a special meaning for me. It is both sweet and bitter \u2013 but more sweet than bitter, and not sweet like sugar, but with many different dimensions of sweetness. All these variations of sweetness, which in a way also contain tenderness, are difficult to describe. It is difficult, perhaps impossible, to find words for this sweetness. The orientations of the different sweetnesses seem atomically small and, taken on their own, lead nowhere. In their sum, however, they define themselves and exist. SAFRAN is an abstract plan of a fleeting network that has no end points but defines itself in its floating existence.
